Dangerous Thoughts

A friend called recently to let me know that someone she cared about deeply had passed on. It was something that their family had been waiting for this week--that release from this mortal coil. And it was a blessing. It left me thinking (dangerous, I know), do the people I love and care about know how much they mean to me? I'm not sure why today was such a momentous day. Wheat grass is something I've wanted to try for a while, but haven't dared do - kind of like my purchasing soy milk and hesitance to drink. (Thanks, Renee , for the recent soy smoothie introduction!) All I can say now is wow, wheat grass - talk about fresh!
