Seriously so Blessed

What sweet friends! I came back from a meeting today to the most beautiful surprise on my desk - a bouquet of bright orange gerbera daisies. They are the envy of the office. Thanks Andrea , Karyn , and Melinda for your thoughtfulness. And how yummy and silly Red Mango was with you three last night! You are the BEST!

A Grand New Adventure

Several years ago, a friend decided to change her diet. She's a raw foodie! I must admit that the concept had me concerned at first (raw chocolate, raw meat, raw cake, raw milk, raw veggies...), but I've tried several of her recipes and they are quite good. And, no, she doesn't eat raw meat. Angie began a blog recently to share her joy of the raw food world. Eventually she plans to make a raw food recipe book. If you are interested, she would love you to try her recipes and give her feedback. This image came from her blog for a wrap recipe . Hmmm... I think I need a s'more or maybe a crudite.

Yum, Gum!

Andrea shared her pack of gum last night. Pomegranate. Delightful! Thanks, Andrea! (Disclaimer: I don't remember the pack looking like this or being a mixed flavor, but it was the only pomegranate Trident image I could find.)

Finally Five

IC turned FIVE on Saturday, November 15th. Hooray for birthdays! Becca baked her this princess castle cake. Isn't it darling? It was delicious too!

You're my obsession...

Recently I've found I am obsessed . Drawn. Can't get enough. There was a time when I couldn't even stand it. Now it is what I want. Lime! Lime! Lime! Lime! Here is an easy, yet yummy, lime pie recipe: 1 3-oz pkg lime gelatin 2 individual sized key lime flavored yogurts (c. 3-oz each) 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed 1 graham cracker pie crust in pie tin optional - lime slices and additional Cool Whip or dark chocolate shavings to decorate Mix dry gelatin with 1 yogurt. Incorporate second yogurt. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This pie works well with low fat and sugar free ingredients. Enjoy!

Heaven

I'm in heaven --or rather I was . Anyone who knows me knows my passion for dancing. Today, I met something that rivals dancing. Today, thanks to an introduction from some friends at work, I met Red Mango . More specifically, original with fresh blueberries. I'm already craving more. Sigh.
