Summer Salad

Mango and Apple Salad
yields 4 servings

1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 apple, peeled and cubed (your choice--or Granny Smith)
3/4 c. cashews
1 T. basalmic vinegar
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Toss everything together and add a pinch of salt for flavor as needed.
